Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar on Wednesday, March 8 made an inspection on the current construction of North Luzon Expressway-Harbor Link. He made an assurance that the project, which is 65% completed, will be finished before the end of 2017.
He also created a task force to fast track the acquisition of properties located in the way. He said that his department is coordinating with the owners of infrastructure projects to solve the right-of-way problems standing in the way of the project completion.

Mentioned projects, aside from Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS3), are being undertaken by Manila North Tollways Corporation owned by Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, a subsidiary of Manuel V. Pangilinan-led Metro Pacific Investments Corporation.
