Employees of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) need not pay to watch live the much-awaited third match-up between the eight-division boxing champion Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao against American boxer Timothy Bradley on Sunday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This was disclosed on Friday by MMDA Chairman Emerson Carlos who said that a free live showing of the bout without commercial interruptions, courtesy of Solar Sports, will be held at the MMDA Gym with a capacity of 200 persons.
He said the free live viewing is also an opportunity for the Filipino people to showcase their all-out support to the Filipino pound-for-pound boxer.
Pacquiao and Bradley will face each other again for the third time.
The first fight that they had was in 2012 and Bradley won in a controversial decision which was the reason for their rematch last 2014.
The second encounter was full of action and Pacquiao won that fight without controversy.
